We maintain close relationships with the families we work with and remain available to support you throughout your placement. This creates stability, trust and positive working environments for everyone involved.
Daily Nannies
A daily nanny can work in either a sole care role (when parents are working or unavailable) or shared care (working alongside parents).
Daily nannies are responsible for all nursery duties related to the children. This typically includes:
- Bathing, dressing and general care
- Children’s laundry and ironing
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Keeping bedrooms, playrooms, and toys tidy
- Organising playdates, toddler groups, library visits and fun outings to the park
- School or nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
- Helping older children with homework and reading
- Proxy parenting if required due to parents travelling for work or leisure
Daily nannies also use their knowledge and creativity to support development through play. Activities can often include cooking, arts and crafts, reading, music, and age-appropriate games.
Live In Nannies
A live-in nanny can also be sole care or shared care depending on the family’s needs.
Live-in nannies provide all nursery duties for the children. In addition to the responsibilities of a daily nanny, they may also assist with bedtime routines. Typical duties include:
- Bathing, dressing, and settling children at bedtime when required
- Children’s laundry and ironing
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Organising playdates, social activities and educational outings
- School or nursery runs, after-school activities and homework support
Live-in nannies are experienced in creating a stimulating environment and furthering development through play, with activities such as cooking, arts and crafts, reading, music and games.
Event Nannies
Our Event Nannies provide trusted childcare at occasions such as weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and hospitality functions. Whether you need one nanny or an entire team, we can create the right level of support for your event. Maternity Nurses
Maternity nurses are highly trained or very experienced nannies with extensive newborn expertise. They usually live in and can work up to 24 hours a day, five or six days a week.
A maternity nurse focuses solely on the newborn, typically staying with a family for six to twelve weeks depending on need. Their role includes:
- Newborn care and settling
- Assisting with feeding and establishing routines
- Sterilising and preparing bottles
- Baby’s laundry and nursery organisation
- Supporting parents with rest and recovery
