Tailored nanny and housekeeping support for your family

Every family is different, and so is the support that they need. We take our time to understand how your household works, what support would genuinely help and how that support should fit into your family life.

Whatever household support you are looking for, we will guide you carefully through each step.

Our services include full time and part time nannies, maternity nurses, housekeepers, PA, chef, gardener, driver or combined nanny housekeeper roles. Rather than focusing solely on job titles, we focus on how each role will support your home, routines and long-term needs.

We consider experience, personality, values and compatibility, ensuring that each and every placement feels natural and considered. Each candidate is interviewed personally, fully vetted and each reference is thoroughly checked.

How it works

Our process begins with a detailed conversation about your family, your home and your expectations and requirements. We will then carefully select and introduce candidates who align with your needs, supporting both sides throughout the placement and beyond.

Maternity Nurses

Maternity Nurses are either specifically trained professionals or very experienced Nannies who have a plethora of knowledge and experience caring for newborns.

It is typical for maternity nurses to reside at the residence they work in as they are also required to be on call twenty-four hours a day, five or six days a week.

They are primarily responsible for the care of your newborn child and typically remain with a family for anywhere between six and twelve weeks, depending on how long you require their assistance.

We work closely with our partner and friend Katie-Jane Crosbie, who is the owner of Agency By Katie-Jane, a world class maternity nurse specialist agency.

The duties of a maternity nurse include providing support for the family, doing the washing for the newborn, sterilising, and preparing the baby’s formula, as well as calming the baby and helping them establish a routine.

A Maternity Nurse can make anywhere from £200 to £300 net every 24 hours of work, the exact amount depending on their age and level of expertise.

It is up to individual maternity nurses to pay their own taxes and contribute to national insurance.

I just wanted to say Thankyou for finding us our very own Mary Poppins. It is very easy to see that Penny works extremely hard on behalf of her nannies and the families, only the highest calibre of nannies came through my front door. Every nanny that we interviewed spoke so highly of Penny, too. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that Penny has got 20 years of nannying experience behind her or just that she is very intuitive but whatever it is she is amazing at her job!!!
