In order to maintain a safe, secure agency and service to our clients, examination of references and certificates in great detail ensures our candidates are legitimate. All of our staff have the appropriate clearance to work with children and have established trust either through previous posts with us or for other agencies. The references and evidence of time served and duties undertaken are paramount to us.
Every candidate is subjected to a personal interview. As well as getting to know our client families, we want a close working relationship with our staff. They are the ambassadors of The Northern Nanny and Housekeeping Agency and as such we want them to be happy and give the best impression of us as possible.
Assistance with interviews and contracts will be provided if needed – having worked with many clients over the years who are looking for their first nanny, we remove the stress. We will support you in finalising the legal contract of employment, and be a conduit between you and your soon to be employees.
