Overview:
A busy, welcoming family in Aughton are seeking an experienced, child-friendly Housekeeper/Nanny to support their home and assist with afternoon routines. This is a long-term, part-time role suited to a proactive and organised candidate who enjoys working around children.
Duties Include:
- Full housekeeping: cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a well-presented home
- Laundry and ironing
- Household organisation (cupboards, wardrobes, school items)
- Preparing simple, healthy family meals
- School pick-ups and supervising children after school
- Supporting with homework and general after-school routines
- Ensuring a calm, structured home environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar nanny/housekeeper role
- Warm, engaging, and child-friendly approach
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident cook (family-style meals)
- Comfortable with pets
- Full UK driving licence required
